How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Buyingcomprehensive Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Buyingcomprehensive Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a contractor we matched you with

If the Problem Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the contractor directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about contractors helps us keep the network honest, and a contractor who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Buyingcomprehensive Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@buyingcomprehensive.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
